Succession Planning – How to Maximize the Revenue and Sale Value of Your Practice – Now or for a Lifetime – Aimed at helping solo and small firm attorneys identify the value of their firm and create a practical plan for succession, transition, sale or closure. 3-Hour program.

Million Dollar Practice for the New Economy – The old rules don’t work – but the new rules do. Gleaned from working with dozens of attorneys and firms to recover and re-align after the crash, this program offers a new & savvy framework for building a practice with unlimited growth potential.
